How to Get Up

Older adults may be unsure of how to get up from a fall. Information on how to safely get up or how to safely help someone else get up are available.

 

Seniors who are recovering from an injury may need more time to restore their independence and remain at home. A variety of home heath services such as those provided by the NB Extra Mural Program are available to help seniors with that process. Consider using these services, especially following a lengthy hospital stay.
